The Guardian published a feature by journalist Danny Bradbury on June 10th 2013 on the subject of Effective Social Media Analytics. Escherman's Andrew Bruce Smith was one of a select group of experts featured in the article. The PR Analytics Conference, held on February 28th, 2013 in London, saw an array of speakers from big brands and agencies such as EBay and McClaren Automotive provide insight to a senior level audience of around 150 people on the subject of analytics and insight.
